- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- South India : 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 3–8 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive periods.

- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package in real-time.
🚫 Delivery Issues
- Please ensure the shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
To cancel your order, contact us immediately at [mariyarns.cbe@gmail.com or whatsapp @9600377737] with your order ID.
If the order is prepaid and eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
3. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with labels and packaging intact.
Only full, unopened spools of yarn are eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
